Look at the pulpit! It’s so grand!
Got this picture from PK’s twitter.
My time at Asia Conference 2010 was cut short because of some sabotage.
I thank the church for not neglecting the welfare of the ministry workers by providing breakfast, lunch and dinner for all of us.
Unfortunately, someone was too lazy to clear the leftover lunch on Wednesday and someone just conveniently put Thursday’s lunch together with it. I took the wrong pack and consumed every single part of it, before someone alerted me that the packet I took was leftover from the day before.
I prepared myself for the worst, and approximately 3 hours later, I made my first trip to the toilet. It was the worst feeling I could get, knowing that I was poisoned and waiting for it to take effect.
Later in the evening, I vomitted. Although I already saw it coming, I was filled with a lot of bitterness and resentment. Who, in the right frame of mind, would mix leftover rations together with fresh rations? It didn’t make any sense to me at all. If only someone wasn’t too lazy and got rid of all the leftovers, I would have been just fit and fine.
So I missed the night session with Phil Pringle, something I was really looking forward to.
I went back home and was feeling so awful, I went straight to bed and slept all the way from 8pm to 11am this morning. I am resting at home and so I had to miss today’s session with Dr Cho Yonggi and Reinhard Bonnke.
I’m feeling much better now but everytime I look at my friends’ Asia Conference updates on Facebook and Twitter, I can’t bring myself to forgive the person who indirectly sabotaged me. Whoever he is.
