I tried a 10km on the eve of Chinese New Year and it was at a relatively slow pace.
I finished slower than my usual, but the good thing is that my hamstring didn’t hurt at all.
But then again, after I came back home and did my own stuff, it’s starting to ache a bit and I’m sure I’m going to wake up to a bitch tomorrow.
When will I be back to my 100% again?
Update: I was sleeping and a sharp pain jolted me out of my slumber. It was about 5am. I woke up and instinctively grabbed my hamstring and applied pressure to it. I found my left leg in a weird position like it was dislocated. For the next 5 minutes, I didn’t know what to do. It was too painful. I can’t even move my leg.
Slowly I adjusted myself and tried to straighten my leg, with nothing less but pain. I managed to do so eventually, almost felt like crying but finally felt some relief on my hamstring.
I think this is seriously going to put me out for a few weeks.
