My hamstring is recovering pretty well.
I’ve been running for the past 2 consecutive days and I’ve experienced no pain.
It used to be run 1 day, and rest 3-4 days when I was still injured.
I guess I’m on my way back to my full running form.
Now I am quite determined to take care of myself, and finish what I’ve registered for.
I still have 3 more months to train. Everything is possible.
