Have you ever come across people who don’t eat egg yolks?
They claim that the yolks are high in cholesterol so we should all avoid it because it’s really unhealthy.
The truth is, God is the greatest chemist after all. I’m pretty sure that during the process of creation, He didn’t have the intention to create anything bad or deadly.
Egg yolks are high in cholesterol because you are the idiot. Nobody told you to eat 5 eggs a day.
The egg, whether fried or steamed or boiled, is meant to be eaten as a whole. Not separated.
The keyword here is balance, to consume in moderation.
Likewise, there is nothing wrong with drinking mineral water, but drinking too much mineral water isn’t good as you may develop kidney stones due to the concentration of calcium.
But does that mean we should avoid drinking mineral water?
My point is, it is totally absurd to avoid eating egg yolks because of its high cholesterol content because balance is the key to life.
Having said that, the same people who avoid eating egg yolks, why do they eat omelettes?
