Been doing a lot of intervals lately.
Saw myself improving from 1:45 per lap to averaging 1:30.
I did 6 x 400m yesterday and my slowest lap was only 1:35.
Still not fast enough though, because that would mean that my 2.4km is still around 10 minutes or 9:45 at best.
I think I can aim for 9:00 if I train harder.
