Went for training but I forgot to jot down what we did.
Did a run from SIM to Sunset Way and back: 40:59.
Did 10 sets of running up the Ngee Ann slope behind SIM.
Then did 4 x 100m sprints
Did an easy run from SIM to SP and back.
Almost wanted to give up on the way back but I slowed down my pace so I could sustain till the end.
Then did 4 sets of scaling level 1 to level 5 stairs.
